What AI is not used for

AI does not write our body prose, make our factual claims, form our product opinions, or reach our review conclusions. Those are done by named human authors.

What AI may assist with

AI may help with background research pointers, outlining, and copy-editing for grammar and clarity — always under human direction and review.

Why we are strict about this

Scaled, AI-generated content is low-value for readers and is the specific pattern that gets sites removed from search. We would rather publish fewer, genuinely useful pieces than flood the web with filler. If we ever change this policy, we will say so here and date it.
